PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI BERBANTUAN MEDIA DADU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL KONSEP BILANGAN PADA ANAK DI TK WIDYA SUTA KERTI SULANYAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak kelompok B di TK Widya Suta Kerti Sulanyah dengan menerapkan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media dadu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 Anak TK pada Kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Data penelitian tentang kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media dadu pada siklus I sebesar 59,4% yang berada pada kategori rendah, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 87,6% tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak kelompok B semester II di TK Widya Suta Kerti Sulanyah Kecamatan Seririt Kabupaten Buleleng sebesar 28,2% dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media dadu.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the concept of increaring the ability to know the number of children in group B in kindergarten in kidergarten widya suta kerti sulanyah by applying media demonstration dided dice. Kind of research is class action by using two cycles. Research subject 20 child on B group in second semester academic year 2012/2013. Research data on the ability to know the concept of numbers collected by the method observation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statiscal analysis methods and quantitative statistical analysis methods. The results of data analysis showed that an increase in ability to know the number concept demontration method medium dice I cycle of 59,4% which is in the low category, was experiencing an increase in cycle II to 87,6% in the high category, increasing the ability to know the concept of number in the group B children in kindergarten Widya Suta Kerti Sulanyah second semester sub Seririt district Buleleng by 28,2% after the applied methods media-assisted demonstration dice.
