Penerapan Metode Bercakap-cakap Berbantuan Media Kotak Gambar untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Anak PAUD Nurul Jihad

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak melalui penerapan metode bercakap-cakap berbantuan media kotak bergambar pada anak kelompok B semester II tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 di PAUD Nurul Jihad Segarakaton Karangasem. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dirancang dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semuan anak kelompok B1 PAUD Nurul Jihad Segarakaton Karangasem semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016, dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 12 orang yaitu 5 anak perempuan dan 7 anak laki-laki. Data kemampuan berbicara dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dan instrument lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor persentase kemampuan berbcara anak kelompok B setelah diterapkan metode bercakap-cakap berbantuan media kotak bergambar pada siklus I sebesar 69.4% dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 87% dengan kategori tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbicara Anak setelah diterapkan metode bercakap-cakap berbantuan media kotak bergambar sebesar 17.6 %.Kata Kunci : Metode bercakap-cakap, Media kotak bergambar, Kemampuan berbicara
This study aimed to determine the increase of student’s speaking skill through the application of conversation method by using drawing boxon group B on 2nd Semester of children at PAUD Nurul Jihad Segarakaton Karangasem in the academic year 2015-2016. This research was a classroom action research that was carried out in two cycles and subject of the study are 12 children in group B of PAUD Nurul Jihad Segarakaton Karangasemin the academic year 2015-2016. The research data on student’s speaking skill were collected by the method of observation by using observation sheet instruments. The data ofstudent’s speaking skill were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and descriptive analysis methods and quantitative methods. The result shows that there is an increase student’s speaking skillin group A of PAUD Nurul Jihad Segarakaton Karangasem after the storytelling method by using flannel board was applied. The average percentage of student’s speaking skillat the first cycle of 69.4%, and the average percentage of the result of student’s speaking skillat the second cycle of 87 % which are classified into the high category. So there is an increase of student’s speaking skillfrom the low categoryinto high category of 17.6% for the group A of PAUD Nurul Jihad.
