PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN BERBANTUAN MEDIA STICK ANGKA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK SATU ATAP DESA KENDERAN KECAMATAN TEGALLALANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dalam kemampuan pengenalan lambang bilangan setelah diterapkan metode bermain berbantuan media stick angka pada anak kelompok B di TK Satu Atap Desa Kenderan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang anak TK pada kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Data penelitian tentang perkembangan kognitif dalam kemampuan pengenalan lambang bilangan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dalam kemampuan pengenalan lambang bilangan dengan penerapan metode bermain pada siklus I sebesar 71,3% yang berada pada kategori sedang ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 85,3% yang tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terdapat peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dalam kemampuan pengenalan lambang bilangan pada anak setelah diterapkan metode bermain berbantuan media stick angka sebesar 14%.Kata Kunci : metode bermain, media stick angka, perkembangan kognitif
This study aims to determine the increase in cognitive development in recognition capabilities emblem numbers after applied methods of stick figures playing media aided in group B children in kindergarten One Roof Village Kenderan in academic year 2015/2016 . This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles . The subjects were 15 kindergarten children in group B Semester II Academic Year 2015/2016 . Data research on cognitive development in recognition capabilities emblem numbers collected by the method of observation with instruments such as observation sheet . The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method . The result showed that an increase in cognitive development in recognition capabilities emblem numbers with the application of methods play in the first cycle of 71.3 % were in middle category had experienced an increase in the second cycle becomes 85.3 % were classified in the high category . So , there is increasing recognition abilities of cognitive development in children after the epitome of the numbers in the applied methods of stick figures playing media aided by 14 % .
