PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU GAMBAR BERSERI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENYIMAK ANAK KELOMPOK B1 SEMESTER I TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017 DI PAUD PRADNYA PARAMITA PENARUNGAN SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan menyimak anak setelah diterapkannya metode bercerita berbantuan media kartu gambar berseri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di PAUD Pradnya Paramita Penarungan, Singaraja. Subyek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B1 semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 20 anak, terdiri dari 8 orang anak laki-laki dan 12 orang anak perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan melakukan observasi langsung terhadap kemampuan menyimak anak. Dari hasil observasi diperoleh data bahwa anak kelompok B1 di PAUD Pradnya Paramita Penarungan Singaraja, dalam hal kemampuan menyimak masih kurang.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media kartu gambar berseri, ternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak anak di PAUD Pradnya Paramita Penarungan Singaraja. Kemampuan meyimak anak pada siklus I sebesar 63,44%,yang berarti pada katagori rendah, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 79,06% yang menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Jadi peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 15,62%. Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media kartu gambar berseri ternyata sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak anak, dan oleh karenanya para guru sangat perlu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif secara intensif dan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan perkembangan menyimak anak kelompok B.Kata Kunci : Bercerita, kartu gambar berseri, menyimak
This study aims to determine the increase listening skills of children after the implementation of media-aided storytelling picture cards glow. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research location is in early childhood Penarungan Pradnya Paramita, Singaraja. Subjects were children in group B1 first semester of academic year 2016/2017 totaling 20 children, consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls.Data collection was conducted by researchers with the direct observation of the child's listening skills. From the observation data showed that children in early childhood B1 group Pradnya Paramita Penarungan Singaraja, in terms of listening skills are lacking.Research results show that the application of media-assisted method of storytelling radiant picture card, it can increase the listening skills of children in early childhood Pradnya Paramita Penarungan Singaraja. Meyimak ability of children in the first cycle of 63.44%, which means the low category, increased in the second cycle to 79.06%, which shows the high category. So the improvement that occurred from the first cycle to the second cycle of 15.62%. This fact shows that the application of the method of storytelling assisted radiant picture card media proved very effective way to improve listening skills of children, and therefore teachers are very necessary implementing effective learning strategies intensive and sustained in order to enhance the development of listening to children in group B.
