About the Journal

The Jurnal Kuliner is a scientific journal published by Ganesha University of Education and managed professionally by the Culinary Arts Vocational Education Study Program, Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies. This journal aims to accommodate articles resulting from research and community service results in the culinary field, including techniques for preparing, processing and serving food and drinks, techniques for mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as food and drink hygiene. In the end, this journal is expected to provide an overview of the development of science and technology in the field of culinary arts for the academic community. This journal is published twice a year (March and August).
