PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BEKERJASAMA KELOMPOK A DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK GUGUS VI KECAMATAN BULELENG TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran make a match terhadap kemampuan bekerjasama kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan rancangan penelitian post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelompok A TK di Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 217. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 anak. Data hasil kemampuan kerjasama dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 2,317 sedangkan pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk=30 diperoleh nilai ttabel = 1,891 sehingga thitung = 2,317 > ttabel = 1,891. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak, ini berarti hipotesis H1 diterima yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan kerjasama anak antara kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan metode pembelajaran make a match dan kelompok anak yang tidak dibelajarkan dengan metode konvensional anak Kelompok A di Taman Kanak-Kanak Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Adapun nilai rata-rata kemampuan kerjasama pada kelompok yang dibelajarakan dengan metode pembelajaran make a match adalah 28, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada kelompok yang dibelajarkan dengan metode konvensional adalah 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan kerjasama anak antara kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan metode pembelajaran make a match dan kelompok anak yang tidak dibelajarkan dengan metode konvensional pada anak Kelompok A di Taman Kanak-Kanak Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci : anak, kemampuan kerjasama,metode make a match
This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership, work motivation, work climate and job satisfaction to the commitment of laboratory employees in Undiksha. This research is an "ex-post facto" research with a large sample of 47 people. Data were collected with questionnaires and documents. Data analysis was performed by simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant contribution between leadership to the commitment of laboratory employees in Undiksha with a correlation coefficient of 0.748 and effective contribution of 24.37%. 2) there is a significant contribution between the motivation of work towards the commitment of laboratory workers in Undiksha. with a correlation coefficient of 0.604 and effective contribution of 13.91%. 3) there is a significant contribution between the working climate to the commitment of laboratory workers in Undiksha with a correlation coefficient of 0.692 and effective contribution of 20.59%. 4) there is a significant contribution between job satisfaction to the commitment of Laboratory employees in Undiksha with correlation coefficient of 0.664 and effective contribution of 20.44%. 5) jointly, there is a significant contribution between leadership, work motivation, work climate, and job satisfaction on the commitment of laboratory employees in Undiksha with a coefficient of double correlation of 0.891 and its contribution of 79.3% to the commitment of laboratory employees in Undiksha.
